Job Description
Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor, Permanent Role. Competitive Salary & Package. 1st Select are working in partnership with a large multidisciplinary consultancy bast in the heart of Leeds. 2024 has seen record instructions for new projects and its due to this extra work we require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects. As a Building Surveyor, your role will be to work alongside Senior Building Surveyors in designing and managing projects and professional work. Full APC support will be given and they have a 100% success rate in 2023/24 sittings!   What you need to do to be effective in this role Delivering projects, commissions, and profession services. Assist with the undertake building surveys, taking particulars on site, attending meetings, specifications, estimates, PPM, and contracts administration. Support the Building Surveying team on complex multi-disciplinary schemes Assist with the supervision of building work on site Assisting the Building Surveyors with providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of property This presents a fantastic opening with excellent career development and the opportunity for the right candidate to become chartered within a well-established and highly regarded practice to become chartered.   If you are a graduate / intermediate building surveyor please get in touch
