Job Description
1st Select Ltd is partnering with a large consultancy based in Central London and we are looking to recruit an intermediate Building Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and advisory support to clients and team members.
Conduct site surveys, including condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, measured surveys, and planned maintenance assessments.
Carry out defect analysis and prepare technical reports.
Manage projects from inception through to completion, focusing on housing stock.
Party wall experience (desirable)
Prepare specifications, drawings, and conduct risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new construction projects.
Prepare tender documents, manage contracts, and oversee project management, ensuring compliance and quality control.
This is a great opportunity for an intermediate Building Surveyor looking to achieve chartered status.
