Client Side Project Manager
Job Description
Are you working for a consultancy with aspirations of working client-side or working client side already?
The successful candidate will be working within an established property team providing maintenance, alterations, improvement projects, and refurbs (up to the value of £5m) to the existing portfolio. You will also be liaising with developers in regard to new build projects and be the point. of contact between the client and the developer.
The hiring manager is looking for a candidate with strong technical knowledge and is a Chartered Building Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB) although chartership is not essential.
You must have previous experience in managing projects working in a building surveying or quantity surveying role in a multi-disciplinary background.
