Our client are looking for two Architectural Technicians to their growing Design Team. It will need to be someone who is competent in Revit.The role is predominantly office based with site work being conducted 1 or 2 times per month.Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 0 to 6 on refurbishment and new build residential, commercial and healthcare schemes.Producing working drawings/specifications/details and checking/amending similar work drafted by othersProduction of building control and construction issue drawingsProficient user of RevitProven experience in a Design OfficeConstruction technical knowledgeExperience in Building regulations/proceduresAbility to work as part of a team to tight timescales
Salary- £32,000 - £36,000
