As an Associate Building Surveyor in this esteemed consultancy, you will have a diverse and engaging role. Your responsibilities will not only include hands-on surveying tasks but also extend to close collaboration with clients, forecasting, and effective team management.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS qualified.
- A relevant degree within Building Surveying or Property related (RICS accredited).
- A deep passion for building surveying, with a track record of success in similar roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience in team management.
- The ability to balance hands-on surveying with strategic business responsibilities.
Salary
£60,000 - £70,000 per Annum
